Returns Policy

RETURNS POLICY

KTs Academy provides refunds and returns in accordance with Australian consumer Law.  Returns are not accepted for change of mind, but a refund or exchange is available if an item has a major problem.  For servicing and sharpening, it is the customer’s responsibility to securely pack items as KTs Academy assumes no responsibility for damage or loss during transit.

Key information for returns:

• Conditions:  Returns are subject to evaluation under Australian Consumer Law, primarily for faults or major problems rather than change of mind.
• Shipping for Service:  When sending items back for servicing or sharpening, securely pack all items.
• Insurance:  Customers are responsible for arranging their own insurance for items sent to or from KTs Academy.

4. Date of purchases

   Items must be unused, in original packaging and returned within 7 days of authorisation
